Air Fryer Acorn Squash Adapted from https://airfryereats.com/air-fryer-acorn-squash/ I made this. INGREDIENTS 1 acorn squash 2 T butter dairy or dairy-free (melted) 2 T brown sugar ½ t cinnamon STEPS 1) Wash the acorn squash to remove any dirt. With a sharp knife, cut the acorn squash in half. Use a spoon to remove the seeds from the squash. 2) Place the squash halves into the air fryer basket. (Please note that you may only be able to fit one in at a time with some air fryers.) 3) In a small bowl add the brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Stir to combine, then spilt the mixture into the acorn squash halves. 4) Air Fry the squash halves for 20-25 minutes at 400F/204C. NOTES Be sure to check the squash during the last few minutes. Cook time will vary depending on the size of the squash. Keep on the lookout, your squash may cook faster!
