Cheers! Toast the Holidays with Real Eggnog

INGREDIENTS

2 oz bourbon (or spiced rum or other spirit of your choice)
2 oz half-and-half
2 tsp superfine sugar
1 egg
Dash vanilla extract or bitters

STEPS

1) Garnish: nutmeg

2) Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain into coupe or martini glass, garnish.
