Cheeseburger in Paradise Casserole

I made this.

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup baking mix (Bisquick)
2 eggs

STEPS

1) Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Drain if you have excess grease.

2) Add the seasoned salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and turn off the heat.

3) Put the seasoned meat into a greased pie plate or casserole dish.

4) Top with the shredded cheese.

5) In a mixing bowl, whisk together the baking mix, milk and eggs until smooth.

6) Pour the mixture over the cheese.

7) Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven about 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
