Crispy Baked Buffalo Wings Adapted from https://thecookful.com/bake-chicken-wings-crispy/ I made this. Servings: 4 INGREDIENTS 10 whole chicken wings, 1 Tbsp. aluminum-free baking powder (NOT baking soda) ½ tsp. salt For the sauce: ½ cup Frank's Red Hot ⅓ cup melted butter To accompany: Carrots Celery Blue cheese or other salad dressing for dipping STEPS 1) Preheat oven to 250°F. 2) Cut wings into flats and drumettes. Discard tips or use for a stock. 3) In a large bowl, toss the flats and drumettes with the baking powder and salt. Place wings on the rack in single layer and cook for 30 minutes. 4) After 30 minutes, leave them in there and raise the heat to 425°F until brown and crispy, 40-50 minutes. 5) Take wings out and let rest 5 minutes. 6) Toss in the delicious sauce, and serve with carrots, celery and dip.
