Elderflower Gin Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces good Gin
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 ounce simple syrup - see Notes below
1/2 ounce Elderflower liqueur like St. Germain
2-3 ounces sparkling mineral water like Pellegrino

STEPS

1) Combine first 4 ingredients in a glass over ice.

2) Top off with sparkling mineral water and enjoy!
