God Save the Queen at Nightingale

INGREDIENTS

2 oz gin
1 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 spritzes absinthe

STEPS

1) Spritz glass with absinthe.

2) Put the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

3) Shake well and strain into glass.
