- 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or liquid aminos
- 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- Kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper
Steps
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Slice bok choy in half, core and dunk/rinse thoroughly, shake dry and place on sheet pan. Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and Sriracha sauce, and brush both sides of bok choi generously. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
Grill for 3-4 minutes until grill marks form, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes, covered, until bok choy stems are softened, but not too charred. If using larger bok choy, cook about 5 minutes per side.
Place grilled bok choy on a platter and serve warm.
Notes
Try Including molasses next time, the bok choy itself is a little bitter
