Simple Lime Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove , crushed

STEPS

1) Mix all together until the sugar has dissolved then serve over salad ingredients of your choice.
