Zucchini Pie ✅

Ingredients

• 4c zucchini, sliced
• 1c onion, chopped
• 1/2c butter
• 1/2c fresh parsley -or- 2T dried
• 1/2t each salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, oregano
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 8oz Muenster cheese, grated
• 8oz Crescent Rolls
• 2t dijon mustard

Steps

1. Preheat oven 375F

2. Cook zucchini and onion in butter, 10 minutes

3. Stir in parsley and seasonings

4. Blend eggs and cheese, stir into zucchini mixture

5. Line pie pan with Crescent Rolls and spread mustard on dough

6. Fill with zucchini mixture

7. Bake 25-30 minutes

8. Let stand 10 minutes
