Cheers! Toast the Holidays with Real Eggnog

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon (or spiced rum or other spirit of your choice)
• 2 oz half-and-half
• 2 tsp superfine sugar
• 1 egg
• Dash vanilla extract or bitters

Steps

1. Garnish: nutmeg

2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain into coupe or martini glass, garnish.
