God Save the Queen at Nightingale

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 2 spritzes absinthe

Steps

1. Spritz glass with absinthe.

2. Put the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

3. Shake well and strain into glass.
